SOUND FAMILIAR?

What bare concrete does to a Texas patio

Outdated look

Plain concrete can look unfinished next to the rest of your home. Flake adds color and a finished look.

Stains and cracks

Rust rings, drips and hairline cracks. We repair minor to moderate cracks, then coat edge to edge.

Dust you track inside

Bare concrete sheds fine dust that follows you indoors. A sealed floor helps cut it down.

Grime that stays

Porous concrete holds dirt and mildew. A sealed surface rinses off with a hose.

One color, no choice

Bare concrete only comes in gray. A flake blend lets you pick a look that fits your home.

Is it built for outside?

Polyaspartic is the clear top coat over the flake. It is UV-stable, so it resists sun, heat and moisture outdoors.

THE SYSTEM

What is an epoxy patio floor?

A seamless coating over a prepared concrete slab. We grind the slab, broadcast flake into a 100% solids epoxy base across the whole floor, then seal it with polyaspartic.

The flake gives color and texture. The polyaspartic top coat is what protects it from sun, heat and rain. It is the same top coat we use on garage floors, so both are built to last.

QUESTIONS

Patio epoxy questions answered

Can you coat an outdoor concrete patio?

Yes. We install epoxy flake patio floors with a polyaspartic top coat built for Texas heat and rain, over a ground and repaired concrete slab.

Will the floor hold up in Texas heat and rain?

The polyaspartic top coat resists UV and seals the flake and the epoxy underneath, so it is built for sun, heat and rain.

Is it slippery when wet?

The flake gives the surface texture, which gives better grip than smooth concrete. If you want even more grip, we can add aggregate on request at no additional charge.

Why not just paint the patio?

Non-UV paint and coatings chalk and peel in the Texas sun. Our polyaspartic top coat is built for UV and heat, so the floor keeps its look.

How do I know if my slab has moisture?

We test your slab for moisture and tell you the result. You do not have to do anything. If moisture is an issue, we walk you through your options, including a moisture vapor barrier.

Do you repair cracks first?

Yes. We repair minor to moderate cracks before coating, free with every booking. Foundation cracks are not included.

How much does a patio floor cost?

Our epoxy flake floors start from $5 per square foot with a $1,250 minimum. We confirm your exact price in writing after we see the space, before we start.

Do you offer a warranty and where do you work?

Every floor carries a 5-year workmanship warranty. We serve Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring, Houston, Humble, Willis, Splendora, Porter, New Waverly and Montgomery.
