METALLIC EPOXY FLOORS · CONROE, TX
Metallic Epoxy Floors in Conroe, TX
Want a floor nobody else on your street has? We swirl metallic pigment into epoxy by hand, so the pattern is yours alone, then seal it under a tough urethane finish.
THE BASICS
What is a metallic epoxy floor?
It is a smooth, seamless coating where shimmering pigment is mixed into clear epoxy and moved across the wet surface. The pigment swirls and layers into a marbled look with real depth, and no two floors match. A urethane top coat seals it in a soft matte or a high gloss.
MADE TO ORDER
You decide how it looks.
Nothing here comes off a shelf. Color, pattern and sheen are all your call, and we build a sample so you can see the plan before any epoxy is poured.
REAL FLOOR
No two pours come out the same
This teal floor was worked by hand with gold and purple pigment running through it. Before we lay yours, we make a sample design so you know where the color is headed.
- Sample design made before we pour
- Base color sets the glow under the swirl
- Choose flat matte or glossy

How a metallic floor comes together
Metallic takes more hands-on steps than flake. Here is what goes down on your slab, in order.
Grind and repair
We diamond grind the slab with dust-controlled grinders and repair minor to moderate cracks. A smooth finish shows every flaw underneath.
Tinted base coat
A 100% solids epoxy base sets the color that glows through the swirl. If moisture is coming through the slab, a vapor barrier goes down first.
Metallic pigment coat
Pigment is mixed into clear epoxy and worked across the floor. This is where the marbled depth and movement come from.
Urethane top coat
A clear urethane layer seals and protects the finish. Pick a flat matte for a soft modern look, or gloss to make the pattern glow.

Metallic epoxy floor questions, answered
How long does a metallic epoxy floor last?
With proper diamond-grinding prep and a urethane top coat, a metallic floor holds up to everyday interior use for years. The top coat is the wear layer, so how it is cared for matters. We back our work with a 5-year workmanship warranty.
Will a metallic epoxy floor scratch?
The urethane top coat resists everyday scratches and scuffs, but no coating is scratch-proof. Dragging heavy furniture, grit under shoes and dropped tools can mark the surface. Felt pads, entry mats and regular sweeping keep it looking new.
How do I clean and care for a metallic epoxy floor?
Sweep or dust mop regularly and damp mop with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Wipe up spills when they happen and skip harsh chemicals and abrasive pads. The floor is seamless, so there is no grout to scrub, and it never needs waxing.
Can metallic epoxy be installed in a garage?
Yes. Metallic works in an enclosed garage when you want a showroom look. If you want the most grip, or a floor that is mostly about work and traffic, flake is usually the better fit. Tell us how you use the space and we will recommend the right system.
Why do metallic floors show cracks and bumps more than flake?
Metallic is a smooth, glossy finish, so surface problems show through more than they do under a textured flake floor. That is why preparation matters. We diamond-grind the slab and repair minor to moderate cracks before coating. Foundation cracks are outside what we repair.
How much does a metallic epoxy floor cost in Conroe?
Metallic is quoted per project because it is hand-worked and takes more steps than a standard coating. Size, slab condition, crack repair and the look you want all affect the price. We give you a free written estimate with no surprises.
Can I see my color and pattern before the floor goes down?
Yes. We create your sample design before laying the floor so you know what to expect. Since every metallic floor is worked by hand, the final pattern is one of a kind, and your design is built around the color family you choose.
Can I walk on a metallic floor right after it is done?
Not right away. Metallic systems need time to cure before foot traffic, furniture and heavy use. The exact timing depends on the system, the temperature and humidity, so we give you clear return-to-service instructions at your estimate and at the final walkthrough.
