WHAT WOODLANDS FLOORS FACE
What a Woodlands garage, patio and walkway put up with
The coating we choose and the prep underneath it are built around these.
- 01
Wet, humid summers
Gulf air keeps slabs damp. We check the concrete for moisture first and add a vapor barrier only when your slab calls for one.
- 02
Pine needles and pollen
Tall pines drop needles and pollen on driveways, patios and garage aprons. A seamless coating sweeps and rinses clean, with no open pores or grout lines to trap debris.
- 03
Daily hot tires
Commutes down I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road put hot tires on your garage floor every day. The polyaspartic top coat on our flake systems is made to resist hot-tire pickup.
- 04
Dust management
Our diamond grinders run into dust vacuums, so prep stays cleaner around the home you just finished decorating.
- 05
A truly hands-off experience
You hand us access to the garage or patio and keep going with your week. We handle the rest.

Your floor is built in layers
We measure, we grind, we repair, then we build the floor up one layer at a time. Prep is part of the price, so there is no add-on to discover later.
The estimate is free, and we come to your home. Minor to moderate cracks get filled and leveled at no charge, and a moisture check tells us whether your slab needs a vapor barrier.
THE WOODLANDS FAQ
Questions homeowners ask us
Do you install epoxy floors in The Woodlands?
Yes. We are based in Conroe, a short drive up I-45, and we install garage, patio, walkway and commercial floors across The Woodlands.
What is the best epoxy floor for a garage in The Woodlands?
Most garages get an epoxy flake system with a polyaspartic top coat. The flake adds grip and the top coat stands up to hot tires. Solid color and metallic are also available, and we will tell you which coating is correct for your goals.
Is an epoxy garage floor slippery?
A smooth coating can be slick when wet, which is why we recommend flake systems for most garages. The flake gives the surface texture and grip, and a polyaspartic top coat seals it.
How does a coated patio hold up in rain, pine needles and leaves?
A sealed surface has no pores for water or debris to settle into, so rain runs off and a broom or hose clears needles and leaves. A polyaspartic top coat also resists UV from the Texas sun, and flake adds texture for traction when the surface is wet.
Is crack repair included?
We fix minor to moderate cracks for free as part of every job. If we spot a foundation crack, we flag it and talk through your options before any work begins.
Are stem walls and cove base included?
Yes. Stem walls, also called cove base, are included on garages, so the base coat and flake run up the wall and across the whole floor.
How much does epoxy flooring cost in The Woodlands?
Epoxy flake floors start from $5 per square foot with a $1,250 minimum. The final price depends on the size of the space, the condition of the slab and the finish you choose. The estimate is free.
How do I get a free estimate?
