Is concrete crack repair really free?
Yes. We repair minor to moderate cracks free with every booking in Conroe and Montgomery County. Foundation cracks are not included.
What kinds of cracks do you repair?
We repair minor to moderate cracks in garage, patio, walkway and commercial concrete before coating. If a crack looks structural, we tell you at the free estimate.
What if I have a foundation crack?
Foundation cracks are not part of our free repair. We look at it during your free estimate and tell you what we see.
Do you control dust during grinding?
Yes. Our grinders connect to dust vacuums, and we vacuum the whole floor with industrial-grade vacuums afterward.
How do you check concrete for moisture?
We test the slab ourselves, before and after the grind, and tell you the result. You do not have to do anything.
What is a moisture vapor barrier?
It is a layer under the epoxy that deals with moisture coming up through the concrete. We add one only when the slab needs it.
Does every slab need a vapor barrier?
No. We test the slab and recommend a barrier only when the results call for it.
Do I need to be home during prep?
No. Give us access to the area you want coated and go about your day. One of us oversees the job from start to finish.
