Flake systems start at $5 per square foot with a $1,250 minimum. A 1-car garage starts at $1,250, a 2-car at $1,750, a 3-car at $2,750 and a 4-car at $3,750. You get the exact price, free, before work starts. Metallic floors are quoted after we see the space.
How long does it take?
Most 1 to 2 car garages are finished in about two days. Larger spaces take longer, and we confirm the schedule in your written estimate.
What should I have ready?
Just the space cleared so we can get to the floor. Tell us roughly how big it is and what you want to use it for. Photos help, but you do not need them.
Do you fix cracks, and does it cost extra?
We repair minor to moderate cracks for free with every booking. Foundation cracks are not included. We look at the slab first and tell you which kind you have.
Who actually does the work?
We do. Texan Epoxy Company is a husband-and-wife crew from right here in Conroe. We do not sub anything out, and one of us is on your floor from start to finish.
